Embroidery is used for a variety of different mediums. This process is most common for hats, polos, jackets, bags and other specialty items. Embroidery is the process of needle and thread. The selected image is stitched many times over to create your design, logo or pattern on an garment that would otherwise be tricky for print.
Choosing the right process
Embroidery vs. Screen Printing
Embroidery
Thread-and-needle process stitched directly into the fabric. Creates a raised, textured, premium finish. Supports special techniques like 3D puff, tackle twill, and felt. Works on curved and structured surfaces like caps and bags.
Screen Printing
Ink forced through a screen mesh onto the substrate. Best for flat, soft garments with large graphics or multi-color artwork. More economical at high quantities. Not ideal for structured items or small left-chest logo placements.
